Top notch company. Extremely experienced and very humane when dealing with the animals they encounter! Thanks Leo!

A typical pulled soffit. This is the size of hole we close.

What the free inspection is
We walk the shell in daylight and write every opening.
We name the animal if the sign is clear. Night noise, a torn fascia, and a fist-sized gap read as raccoon. Daytime traffic is often squirrel. Dusk emergence is bats.
We look for young that cannot leave. That sound stops a seal-up.
If the attic or crawl is unsafe, we write that we could not enter and we still inspect what we can see.
Then someone names a price. Not before.
The look is still free at night.
What you notice
Night thumping or rolling in the attic is often a raccoon.
Daytime running on the soffit is often a squirrel.
A stream of small flyers at dusk is the bat question.
A torn fascia or a missing chimney cap is a door, not a chew.
Squeaking from the ceiling means young. That stops a seal-up.
A typical missing soffit panel. Not a photograph of a specific job.
How a job goes
Inspect
Animal, openings, young. Then a number.
Remove
Trap or a one-way door. Humane. No poison.
Exclude
Close the opening in metal. Chicken wire fails.
Repair
Put the fascia, vent, or panel back so the hole is gone.
