Excellent work! They went above and beyond to take care of my issue with a raccoon in the attic.

A typical gable-vent tear. Raccoons break this size of opening.

What the free inspection is
We look at the soffit, chimney, or fascia tear.
We say if a female still has young in the den. Florida has no single kitten month. We listen on that house.
We do not truck a live raccoon off the property as a standard service.
We do not seal young in.
Chicken wire and insect screen fail on this animal. The closure is metal they cannot tear.
Then a price for removal and that closure. The look is free, including at night.
What a raccoon leaves
Torn fascia, a bent vent, or a chimney cap that is gone.
Attic noise at night. Heavier than squirrels. Sometimes chittering young.
A gap about fist size, with grease or hair on the edge.
An attic toilet in one pile. Do not sweep that dry.
Daytime traffic at the soffit is usually not this animal. That is often a squirrel.
A typical soffit corner pulled at the eave. Not a photograph of a specific job.
How a job goes
Inspect
Soffit, chimney, fascia. Young in the den or not.
Remove
Trap. We do not relocate. Young stay unsealed until they can leave.
Exclude
Hardware cloth or heavier metal. Chicken wire fails.
Repair
Rebuild the torn corner so the hole is gone.
