What should I say when I call?
Call (321) 205-4972. Say the room, whether the noise is day or night, and whether you see an opening. A photo of the gap or the droppings helps. You do not need to name the species. If it might be bats between April 15 and August 15, say that. We will not exclude them in that window.
When can I reach you?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Emergency after-hours service is available by phone.
What if someone or a pet touched the animal?
That is a medical call first. A bite, a scratch, or direct contact with a raccoon, bat, fox, or skunk goes to a doctor or a vet right away, and to the county health department if they tell you to report it. Tell us too, so we do not treat it as a routine attic job.
