How do I tell a raccoon from a squirrel before I pick a service?
Raccoons are loud at dusk and dawn, and they leave a latrine: a pile of tubular droppings in one attic corner. Squirrels run in daylight and scatter smaller droppings. Light scurrying after dark is often a roof rat. The service follows that timing. We still confirm it on the house.
When is the ask the wrong service?
Bats between April 15 and August 15 are an inspection and a date on the calendar, not an exclusion that week. A swallow or wren nest with eggs is not pigeon work. Netting a parking deck is commercial bird work, not a house-nest call. Tell us the building and the season and we will name the service.
Do you only trap, or do you close the opening?
Both. Trapping without exclusion leaves the gap, and the next animal uses it. One-way doors, and steel or hardware-cloth seals, are part of the job once the structure is clear, including young.
